Shipping Policy:
Our primary carrier is USPS, upon shipment tracking information and details will be sent.
We only ship to the continental US, including Hawaii and Alaska only at this time.
Orders can take 5-10 days for processing and 5-7 days for shipping.
Sambam did that ships to the address provided upon order placement. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided to us.
If your package is delivered but not all items are included please contact us at [email protected] and we will address any errors or omissions at no additional cost provided proof.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.
For Bouquet Orders, Once you leave after pick up or drop off, there is nothing we can do about your order. Please let us know as soon as it gets in your hnds so we can fix the issue. IF you do not let us know before leaving pickup or drop off, we will not make any changes to your order without additional cost.
